Btoykids is an online toy store serving customers in the United States. We sell children's toys and related products through our website.

2. ELIGIBILITY

3. PRODUCTS

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as possible. Colors or packaging may slightly vary from what is shown online.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

• Sales tax will be applied based on your shipping state, as required by law.
• Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• We ship within the United States only.
• Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Btoykids is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
• To start a return, email us at supportbtoykids@gmail.com with your order number.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at supportbtoykids@gmail.com.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return it after delivery per our Return Policy above.

8. CHILDREN'S SAFETY

• All toys are labelled with age recommendations. Please follow these guidelines.
• Adult supervision is recommended for children under 3 years.
• Btoykids is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow the product's age and safety guidelines.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including the Btoykids name, logo, images, and product descriptions — is owned by Btoykids and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Btoykids shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
